Great place to live, go to school, raise kids, not exactly a tourist destination except for sports events. Unexpectedly, great ethnic food offerings and many outdoor, community, festival and musical offerings.

This is a college town, and it's an enjoyable stay when you're visiting your college student. Favorite breakfast place is the Neighborhood Jam on Main Street. Also try the Garage for a great burger.

Nice quiet room! Heard a dog barking from a distance the next morning and when I went out in the hall I realized it was in the room next door, so the walls were well insulated! They vary the items on the hot breakfast from day to day, but there is an IHOP right next door. Towels are very large and were plentiful. Lots of electrical outlets for charging, laptops, etc. Overall a great value for the price!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful but we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of our room, pandemic or not. The couch was soiled and there were fingernail clippings. The tables were dusty and not wiped. The bathroom vanity was severely scratched. The toilet worked but hard to flush. There were pubic hairs in the bathtub upon arrival.
Fortunately, the beds were comfortable. After viewing the cleanliness of the room we declined the free breakfast buffet.
We've stayed at other Comfort Inns and for the price we paid we were extremely disappointed with the quality we received.

We came to Norman to visit my aunt who was turning 100. The visit was wonderful with her, the hotel was not great, We loved the breakfasts we had at Cracker Barrel which was just across the street from our hotel. The hotel was supposed to have a hot breakfast according to its web site, but it was not available. We were able to get together with family while there.
